Booking
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone. Same-day bookings are subject to driver availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message.
Travelling
You may cancel or modify your booking by contacting us via email or phone. To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Payment
Payment must be made in advance via our website or by phone. We accept major credit and debit cards. Additional charges may apply for extra services.
Meet and Greet Service
Meet and greet service is available for an additional charge. The driver will meet passengers at the arrivals area holding a sign with the passenger’s name.
Waiting Time
For airport pickups, up to 45 minutes of free waiting time is allowed after flight landing. After this period, additional waiting charges may apply.
Flight Delays
We monitor flights when flight details are provided. In case of delays, pickup times will be adjusted accordingly. Customers are advised to inform us of any changes to their flight details.
Luggage
Each passenger is allowed standard luggage. Please inform us in advance if you are carrying extra or oversized luggage such as golf bags, bicycles, or ski equipment, as additional charges may apply.
Vehicles
All vehicles used by New Global Cars are fully licensed, insured, and maintained to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
Driver Conduct
Our drivers are professional and committed to providing a safe and comfortable journey. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving inappropriately or posing a safety risk.

Liability
New Global Cars shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for loss or damage to passenger belongings unless caused by proven negligence.
